Order Processing

Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for shipping.Our goal is to deliver your order within 3 to 10 business days from receipt of your order. Shark Saver orders are made on an individual basis, please allow an extra 6 business days for completion.

U.S. Addresses, we ship: -UPS Ground Residential - UPS 2nd Day Air - UPS 3 Day Select - Pick Up at Warehouse

Shipments originate in Georgia.Notification of shipping is sent upon shipment of your order.

International Orders

Orders shipping outside the U.S. are sent Priority Mail.

Back Orders

For items out of stock at the time of order placement will be adjusted to your total accordingly. We will ship the available items to you immediately. At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If thishappens, you will be notified via email. Once the items become available we will ship your back ordered items. If items are unavailable for over 20 business days, we will not ship the back ordered items unless requested bycontacting us via email at justin@daviddunleavy.com

Returns and Exchanges

Divegear stands behind all of its products. We are happy to exchange or credit back any defective item. If your items are not defective but you need a credit or exchange we will be happy to do so within 15 daysof original ship date. If your items are not damaged but just exchanges, the original freight charges will not be credited.

Swimwear may not be returned.



Refund Policy

Divegear will be happy to issue a refund for the cost of the merchandise returned. However, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
